Bazolile Sihlali

Bazolile Sihlali began his legal journey in 2013 when he enrolled for an LLB at UNISA in Port Elizabeth. From early in his studies, he displayed a strong commitment to practical experience, working with several well-regarded law firms throughout his second year. This hands-on exposure laid a solid foundation and gave him insight into a wide range of legal disciplines.
In 2019, Bazolile joined Legal Aid South Africa as a Candidate Legal Practitioner at the Mthatha Local Office. His time at Legal Aid was instrumental in sharpening his legal skills and deepening his understanding of the South African legal landscape, particularly in serving vulnerable communities.
Motivated by a passion for justice and a desire to provide client-focused legal solutions, Bazolile founded Sihlali Attorneys Inc. in 2021. As Director of the firm, he brings both vision and experience to the forefront, offering exceptional legal representation grounded in integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
Andiswa Mnguphane

Andiswa Mnguphane holds an LLB degree from Walter Sisulu University and has successfully completed her Practical Legal Training through the Law Society in East London. She joined our firm in June 2024 as a paralegal and has since demonstrated a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a growing passion for the legal profession.
Andiswa is currently registered for her articles of clerkship and is gaining hands-on experience across various areas of law. Her dedication, academic foundation, and commitment to professional growth make her a valuable member of our legal team.
Silidokuhle Gwele

Silidokuhle Gwele obtained her LLB degree from the University of Fort Hare and completed her Practical Legal Training through the Law Society in East London. She joined our firm in June 2023 as a paralegal, where she quickly distinguished herself through her diligence, professionalism, and strong legal acumen.
Now registered for her articles of clerkship, Silidokuhle is actively involved in a range of legal matters and continues to develop her practical skills under the guidance of our experienced attorneys.
